9 Hour Venue Rental Includes:
3 hours of setup, 5 hours of event time & 1 hours of cleanup

More hours can be rented for an additional fee.
Large guest count surcharge: $300 per 100 guests for guests counts over 150

Blue Ribbon is the preferred caterer.
Outside catering fee (non-preferred caterer): $2,000
Must be a licensed & insured catering company.
A preferred caterer is required to handle all bar services.
