How do I reserve THE STABLES for my big day?

Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. A signed rental agreement and a non-refundable $3000 deposit are required to reserve your date.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Absolutely! The Stables at Woods Creek allows you to supply your own alcohol, or Blue Ribbon can provide a bar package to suit your needs. All alcohol service must be provided by Blue Ribbon Cooking’s licensed and insured bartending staff. In order to keep you event enjoyable and safe for all, shots are prohibited.

How do wedding rehearsals work?

You may schedule a one-hour ceremony rehearsal the week of your wedding. This can be booked no sooner than six weeks prior to your wedding date. Rehearsal times are based on venue availability. Rehearsals are subject to a charge dependent on you contract.

Do you provide décor?

Yes! We have a wide variety of tablecloths, table runner, napkins, and décor. We would love to help you bring your vision to life! Linens, etc. are included with catering package. Happen to have your own décor? We allow that as well!

Is smoking allowed on the property?

Smoking is permitted – but only in our outdoor designated smoking area. Smoking in strictly prohibited inside the venue.

How long am I allowed on the property?

A standard rental agreement is for eight hours, however more time may be reserved for an additional fee.

What time does the music have to be off?

Music must be off by 9:30 PM.

What is the maximum capacity of the space?

600 guests.

Do you provide sound equipment?

Yes, we do have sound equipment available for rental. Please inquire for pricing and availability.

Are there handicap accessible restrooms?

There are handicap accessible restrooms.

Can we do a potluck style wedding?

No – you must have a licensed and insured caterer providing food service.
